I've just written about Mark Cavendish on my business blog here. I wrote it after reading his book Boy Racer. If you like cycling and you haven't yet read this book, buy it, it's a brilliant read. Cavendish is very honest within it. He sometimes says he gets into trouble for saying things others dare not, that's what makes it a good read and differentiates him from others in the Peleton.
