Good video here on how to change a Tubular tyre. Being new to all this, I didn't understand the difference between "Tubular" and "Clincher" tyres. Easiest way to remember is that Tubular tyres don't actually have tubes! I'm currently looking to buy a new set of wheels for my bike, so came across this whilst checking wheels on e-bay and thought it worthy to post.
