Checked my BMI this morning, things are going the right way. BMI now at 26.2 (started at 27.5). Remembering that ideally it should be below 24.9! (this means I have to get my weight to 14st 3Ibs from current (14st 12Ibs). I've been losing around a pound a week since starting to eat more healthily/exercise more, so I guess this means come Xmas I should be in shape (watch this space). One thing I do know is that Xmas brings a lot of Corporate entertaining, functions and parties with it. Need to remember to eat (and drink) sensibly!
