Another good way to measure your general health is BMI. I did mine this morning and I'm coming in at 27.1. Ideally, I should be under 24.9 so I'm classed as "overweight." Thankfully, I've already lost a few pounds (I was at 27.5). I'll do this every month or so to see how things are going. To put this in context of having a normal BMI, looks like I've got to drop around 17ibs of weight. Oh well, journey starts here.
