Training Update

So, first session with new cadence bike computer.
Did 45 mins.
10 min warm up and warm down. Cadence 80-85. Front sprocket smallest. Rear sprocket largest. Turbo Trainer setting 1.
25 mins at cadence 90. Front sprocket smallest. Rear sprocket 3. Turbo Trainer setting 1.
Heart rate at peak 135 bpm.
