Happy New Year to you.
It's 1/1/11 and I'm officially kicking off my second full year on the bike. I've been road cycling for sixteen months now and continue to learn and enjoy this great pursuit along with thousands of others.
During this year, I really want to improve my strength and speed on the bike. Providing I can keep clear of viruses and work commitments don't become too pressing, I know I'm capable of achieving this.
4,000+ miles distance.
Reduce my BMI by 10%.
