Training Update

Did 25 miles this morning. Felt good. New pedalling technique seems to be working well. Had a strong wind which made progress tough, but nevertheless managed avg. speed of 14.7 and cadence of 86. Only a week to go to the 100 miler, feeling mentally positive however think I could do with longer to prepare and build more strength. Annoyed with presta valves today, I keep breaking them! Have to be more delicate.
