Specialized Secteur Sport 2010 For Sale

Update - I've had an offer for the bike subject to viewing.  So, looks like it's sold, thanks for all the enquiries.

Time has come for my old faithful Specialized Secteur Sport to go to a new owner.  With my growing bike collection, want to make way for a new Sportive bike, so old faithful needs to go.

Full Bike View - Offside
I bought the bike brand new in 2009 and it has been rock solid reliable.  It's a 58cm, so would suit someone 6ft plus.  I'm 6'3".  It's super comfortable to ride, due to its long front headtube, so ideal for long sportives and commuting.  It's been well looked after and if you read below, you'll see that I've replaced many of the major components back to brand new, many of them have never been ridden, so someone is going to get a lovely bike.

Mechanically it's perfect.  The frame has some blemishes, just where grease has been worn in and it also has a chip on the rear chainstay (see picture).  Other than that, this would make a superb first bike, training bike or winter hack.  New, the 2011 version is £769.  When I got the bike it was £729.  Given all the new components on it, offers in the region of £500 will secure it.

Full spec you can view here from new.  Drop me a note via Twitter or send me an e-mail via the site.

  1. A wonderful machine for anyone in the market for a great starter road bike or a commuter, as Phil said.

I own the same model, same year. LOVE IT.

Good luck with the sale, Phil!
