Pedalling Technique Update

Spent a bit of time on the Turbo Trainer trying to put the pedalling technique into play. Spent about an hour getting it right. The key learning was the one footed pedalling. You really get a sense of how your legs need to work. It feels awkward at first, however if you stick with it, you get to feel the sensation. When you clip both pedals back in, it feel easier to repeat. The main learning is about using the upforce and transferring it between 11 o' clock and 3 o' clock on your crank. After about 45 minutes, it clicked and I added about 5rpm onto the spin straight away. Will keep going at it.
