5 blogposts for a road cycling beginner

Meeting a rider out on the road today and assisting with a few bits of saddle positioning (height + fore/aft), it reminded me that there is quite a lot to learn when you are a new cyclist.  It was my primary reason for starting this blog and sharing things that I had picked up along the way.

When you get a new bike, it's really important to get a few things sorted quickly.  Namely, your contact points, your saddle bag and how to fix a puncture!

These five blogposts below, will help fast track you on the key things you need to do, to get your new steed set-up and to equip you with the tools and tips you need to get back up and running quickly, if you get a flat.
